I tredje oplag af vores tidskrift The NXT undersøger vi temaet Garden of Desire. Gennem artikler, noder, digte og billeder, udfolder vi, hvordan haven kan rammesætte nye naturforståelser. Og med nye naturforståelser opstår der alternative idéer om hvad en skøn have er og hvad det er vi som mennesker begærer. Vi har i dette magasin, inviteret stemmer såsom landskabsarkitekt Anna Aslaug Lund, sociolog Nikolaj Schultz, poet Morgane Billuart, kunstner Mette Riise og teaterinstruktør Frédérique Aït-Touati til at reflektere over nye begærs-former og ændrede skønhedsforestillinger – alternative fortællinger fortalt fra et haveperspektiv. In the third edition of our magazine The NXT, we explore the theme of Garden of Desire. Through articles, notes, poems and images, we explore how the garden can frame new understandings of nature. And with new understandings of nature, alternative ideas arise about what a beautiful garden is and what we as humans desire. We have engaged voices such as landscape architect Anna Aslaug Lund, sociologist Nikolaj Schultz, poet Morgane Billuart, artist Mette Riise and theater director Frédérique Aït-Touati to reflect on new forms of desire and changed notions of beauty – alternative narratives told from a garden perspective.
